LOVELL, Wyo. —A teenager is dead after a crash in Big Horn County, on Route 14A near milepost 42.6. A release from the Wyoming Highway Patrol states that 19-year-old Kameryn Allphin was driving a Chevy Impala, travelling eastbound on US 14A when the vehicle drifted off the road, to the south.
