It’s a chance for people to see first-hand the work done by the RNLI volunteers. May the 31st will also see the annual duck race return to the Thames at Teddington. 1,600 toy ducks will race along the waterway to raise money for the lifeboat station which remains one of the busiest in the country. The charity receives no government funding.
