TCXM v Minister for Immigration and Citizenship

On 6 May 2026, the High Court handed down the decision of TCXM v Minister for Immigration and Citizenship [2026] HCA 13.  Background  TCXM is an unlawful non-citizen who has lived in Australia since 1990.
