TCS and Pearson partner to accelerate AI-powered learning for global industries
The partnership will co-develop AI-powered learning products and integrate Pearson's assessments into TCS hiring to build adaptive, AI-ready workforces worldwide.

- Pearson CEO Omar Abbosh noted that leaders across sectors are "struggling to demonstrate a return" on AI investments, prompting the collaboration to embed learning into daily workflows and boost productivity.
- Research shows enabling workers to collaborate with AI could add between $4.8 trillion and $6.6 trillion to the U.S. economy by 2034; integration into TCS iON creates an end-to-end talent architecture.
