Ifo-Institut: So Far, Oil Companies Have only Partially Passed on Fuel Discount to Drivers

Experts criticise the regulation, which has been in force since 1 May, as expensive, counterproductive and not targeted enough in the current situation. A first study by the Ifo Institute now shows that the discount is also not right for consumers.
