The Taliban governor's office in Ghazni has announced the transfer of 18 district governors, police chiefs and security chiefs. Mohammad Naeem, former district governor of Khogyani district, has been appointed as deputy district governor, Abdul Salam Nusrat, former district governor of Nawar district as Khogyani district governor and Ahmad Shah Madani as Nawar district governor, the office said in a statement on Tuesday.
