Taiwan Semiconductor September Revenue Surges 53% and Can't Keep Up With Demand

  • Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing reported record monthly revenue of 514.8 billion New Taiwan dollars for August, up 53.3% from the prior year.
  • Strong demand for AI-related server processors kept TSMC's advanced 5-, 4- and 3-nanometer capacity fully booked, as monthly revenue has now risen for four straight months.
