On the 28th, in the presence of Foreign Minister Lin Chia-lung, Liu Yung-chien, representative of the Republic of China's Taipei Representative Office in Poland, and Badilevich, deputy director of the Kyiv City Child and Family Welfare Bureau, signed a memorandum of understanding to help orphaned children in Ukraine rebuild their childhoods.
