Slovenian star Tadej Pogačar remains firmly at the top of the UCI rankings after winning the Tour de Romandie for the first time in his career last week. Pogačar has 11,630 points at the top, which is 30 more than in the previous ranking.
Tadej Pogacar left nothing but crumbs to his opponents during the 79th Tour de Romandie. Four times, the Slovenian winner of the stage, also won the general.
Tadej Pogacar dominated the Tour de Romandie, winning the overall classification and four of the six stages (including the prologue). This feat, achieved only by Swiss rider Ferdi Kubler in 1951, has been achieved in this race.
