The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Hungary, Peter Sijarto, today again accused Croatia of war profiteering, adding that the Adriatic Pipeline (Janaf) is "not capable" of continuously transporting the required amount of oil to Hungary.

According to the Foreign Minister, the Adria pipeline "is not capable of continuously and reliably transporting as much oil as we need."
"We have to admit that the Croats are exploiting us and profiting from the war situation," says Szijjarto.
"CROATIA is taking advantage of the crisis situation and imposing a war tax on crude oil supplied to Hungary, but the government will not allow their greed for profit to jeopardize the results of the reduction in utility prices," the Hungarian foreign minister said today on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.
According to Péter Szijjártó, Croatia wants to profit from the war in Ukraine.
