SWANVILLE — A Swanville man was arrested following months long investigation by the Waldo County Sheriff's Office, according to an April 27, press release from Sheriff Jason Trundy. Albert Cavin, 41, of Swanville, was indicted by a Waldo County grand jury in January, for one count of gross sexual assault. Cavin was arrested based on the January indictment, before being released on $7,500 cash bond.
