Suspended driver stopped on Middle Line

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A Chatham man was charged after police stopped a vehicle Tuesday night following an alert for a suspended driver. Chatham-Kent police say the traffic stop occurred around 9:03 p.m. on Dec. 10 on Middle Line after an ALPR system flagged the vehicle. A 33-year-old man was found to be driving while suspended. He was issued two Part III summonses. The vehicle was towed and impounded for seven days.
