The Public Prosecution Service is only requesting compulsory psychiatric treatment for Moroccan child murderer Hamzah L. On a horrific day in February of last year, he stabbed 11-year-old Sohani to death in Nieuwegein, on the day of her birthday party. He later dared to call it an "accident." Today, in court, he also vomited that he "saw demons and was hallucinating."
Hamzah L. (30), suspected of stabbing 11-year-old Sohani to death in Nieuwegein, maintains that he was psychotic at the time and acted under the influence of delusions. L. will appear in court in Utrecht on Tuesday.
