‘The Solution is...’: Supreme Court Asks ECI for Timeline on Trinamool Symbol Row

- Senior advocate Kapil Sibal, representing Banerjee, stated he could not seek a stay on the October 6 West Bengal assembly bypoll because the election process has already begun.
- Chief Justice of India Surya Kant suggested the EC should hear the matter on a day-to-day basis, reviewing all evidence to reach a final decision on party ownership.
- The Supreme Court posted the plea for further hearing on September 28, as the commission works to resolve the ownership row under the Election Symbols Order.
