On Friday, the Supreme Court ruled on a case regarding the state's use of control buyers - the so-called child agents - based on an incident in a kiosk in Augustenborg.
Now the Supreme Court has upheld the judgment of the Western High Court, which was handed down on October 2, 2025. This is described in a report from the Prosecution Service. Here, a shop owner was fined 25,000 kroner for selling nicotine pouches to a person under 18. The Supreme Court ruled that the Danish Safety Technology Authority's use of a young control buyer was in violation of human rights.
