The Congress has laid down this Wednesday with the rejection of PP, Vox, Junts and UPN rights and the abstention of PNV, Podemos and three deputies of Sumar the government decree that regulates the relations of interest groups with the public sector, a norm that created a public and compulsory state register of lobbies. The text has declined by 179 votes against, 155 in favour and 12 abstentions.
