Sugarcane Field Fire: One Body Found in Burnt-Out Remains in Miyakojima City

At around 4:20 p.m. on the 16th, a 119 emergency call was made by an employee of a nearby elderly care facility reporting that "there is a fire in a field" in Hirara Oura, Miyakojima City. Approximately 4,000 square meters of sugarcane field burned, and the body of an unidentified man was found in the ruins.
