As temperatures are heating up outside, a group of Grade 11 students say it’s sweltering inside their Colwood high school, and they’re calling for some relief. It’s a balmy 17-degrees, inside Colwood’s Royal Bay Seconday School. Grade 11 student Isabelle Sauve, said it’s stifling indoors. “Everyone agrees it is horrible.
