Olivier Award Winner Layton Williams Stopping in Basingstoke on UK Tour
The tour will visit more than 20 towns and cities and feature songs from Cabaret, Hairspray and other career highlights, organizers said.
Olivier Award winner Layton Williams announced a major UK tour, Layton Live, celebrating 20 years as a performer, running from February 23 to April 4, 2027.
Born in Bury, Greater Manchester, Layton began his professional career at 12 in the title role of Billy Elliot in the West End, later winning an Olivier Award for Titanique.
The tour visits more than 20 towns and cities including Manchester, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Birmingham, Cardiff and Sheffield, culminating at London's Adelphi Theatre on April 4, 2027.
Before embarking on Layton Live, Williams will perform as King Herod in Regent's Park Open Air Theatre's Jesus Christ Superstar production.
General ticket sales opened on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, with audiences encouraged to book early due to the strictly limited run of performances.
