The Paris (+0.16%), Frankfurt (+0.65%), Milan (+0.59%), Madrid (+0.63%), as well as Amsterdam (+0.31%) and Stockholm (+0.60%) stock markets reached new all-time highs in early European trading, also benefiting from a strong earnings season and improved macroeconomic prospects. London (+0.40%) was also trading very close to its intraday record.
The Amsterdam stock exchange closed on Tuesday at a new record high of 1,112.4 points, a gain of 0.9 percent. Records were also broken in Germany and the US. In the Midcap, arms manufacturer CSG gained on news of a production expansion.
The exchange session on the Stock Exchange opens up all over Europe. The Paris index rises by 0.33%, in London the list earns 0.5% in the opening and in Frankfurt 0.72 percent. (ANSA)
