Oregon sets maximum rent hikes for 2026 - but it's no longer just one number
SALEM, Ore. (KTVZ) -- Oregon's Department of Administrative Services published Tuesday the maximum rent increases allowed by law for 2026 - but it's no longer one flat percentage figure, due to a change in state law. For rental facilities that are 15 years or older and have 30 or fewer units/spaces, the maximum rent increase is 9.5%.
