State senators secure equipment for Kenova Fire Department
KENOVA -- Thanks to a Permco Community Grant secured by West Virginia State Sens. Mike Woelfel and Scott Fuller, the Kenova Fire Department now has specialty equipment to battle high-intensity, lithium-ion battery fires. The Permco Inc. grant has provided the Kenova Fire Department with a new eFireX lithium battery fire extinguisher system.
