Indiana University of Pennsylvania’s annual Homecoming celebration on Oct. 4 is expected to draw thousands to Indiana for alumni reunions and events for the entire community, including the annual parade and football game.

State Police Boosting Enforcement For Homecoming Weekend At Indiana University

State police are ready to boost enforcement for homecoming this weekend at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.  There will be mounted patrols and K9 officers helping to maintain safety on and around the campus.  Troopers will be out in neighborhoods around the college to keep a handle on any criminal activity or traffic violations.  Officials are encouraging students and others to enjoy the weekend safely and to report anything suspicious to 911.

INDIANA, Pa. (EYT) — The Pennsylvania State Police will have an expanded presence in Indiana County this week as Indiana University of Pennsylvania celebrates Homecoming, according to a release.
