State College Police Department meets residents over coffee

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (WTAJ) — Residents had the chance to meet local law enforcement over a cup of coffee. The State College Police Department hosted its second Coffee and Conversations, coinciding with National Coffee with a Cop Day.
