Sri Lanka's cabinet of ministers have approved a proposal to award Master Hellie's Engineering Consultants a 91.21 million rupees (excluding VAT) contract, comprising 52.44 million rupees (excluding VAT) and a foreign component of 122,859 dollars, to conduct a feasibility study to reduce traffic congestion in Colombo.
