Spur takes steps toward opening pool summer ’26
The Spur City Council took several steps in its plans to open the Swenson Park swimming pool for the 2026 season in its Tuesday, March 17, meeting. According to city secretary Ashley Carothers, the city was not able to find someone to lease the pool to operate it for 2026, so the city attorney recommended that the city hire a manager for the 2026 season.
