Sparrow XPL Launches TwinShip: The World’s First ADIOS Platform for Logistics
Australia's Sparrow XPL launches TwinShip, an agentic AI OS that automates freight operations by creating a digital twin and replacing outdated legacy systems for enterprise shippers.
Australian logistics platform Sparrow XPL launched TwinShip, the world's first Agentic Digital Intelligence Operating System , designed to automate enterprise freight operations through predictive, AI-led decision-making.
Founder and CEO Matt Sheen said, "The freight industry kept its eyes closed for thirty years," blaming legacy systems built around 2015-era assumptions for failing to meet modern enterprise expectations.
TwinShip integrates into enterprise ERP systems, creating a digital twin of supply chains to replace manual spreadsheets; the platform has attracted premium brands including Louis Vuitton, Moet Hennessy, Lululemon, and The Body Shop.
Currently serving enterprise shippers with $1M+ in annual freight spend, the company projects $250K in weekly revenue by July 1, 2026, while targeting expansion across Asia-Pacific through FY27.
Sparrow XPL aims to lead the ADIOS category globally as the operating system for the modern, AI-native supply chain, with roadmap plans to roll out deeper agentic capabilities and multi-modal optimization through FY27.
