A 17-year-old from Miami is facing serious charges including attempted murder in connection with a shooting last year and multiple armed robberies, authorities said.

Father Wounded, Son Jailed in Shooting Incident

According to a probable cause affidavit, Calvin Lee Butler IV has been charged in a shooting incident that wounded his father. On arrival at the scene on North Leach, the younger Butler was placed in handcuffs and told officers Jackson Barton and Rick Garcia where he had tossed a handgun.
