PULASKI COUNTY, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – A Somerset man has been arrested in connection with a domestic violence assault. According to the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office, John Denton Stewart III, 19, was arrested March 12 and charged with first-degree strangulation and fourth-degree assault – domestic violence.
