- Upon completion of the transaction, Omnia is expected to be delisted from the Johannesburg Stock Exchange and A2X Markets, ending its status as a publicly traded entity.
- The acquisition is expected to close in early to mid-2027, subject to customary conditions precedent and competition approvals in relevant jurisdictions.
