Solana Beach City Council appoints Jill MacDonald deputy mayor

Solana Beach City Councilmember Jill MacDonald was appointed the city’s deputy mayor on Dec. 10 for a one-year term. The city’s four council members who each represent a district rotate the position of deputy mayor every December.
