SNAPSHOT: Capital Region BOCES students help Troy arts group

Students in the Capital Region BOCES Digital Media Design program recently provided technical and artistic support to a Troy arts group. Students at the Career and Technical Education Extension Center completed an order of marketing materials for the Collar City Coterie.
