Although the Slovenians played without some top-class players, they were a few classes better than the Swedes today and recorded a comfortable victory.

The Slovenian national volleyball team achieved a quick second consecutive victory at the EuroVolley 2026 for men. Fabio Solli's players easily beat Sweden 3:0 (25:16, 25:21, 25:12) in their second match from Group A of the championship, played this afternoon in front of only 850 spectators at the "Pala Panini" hall in Modena (Italy).
The Slovenian men's volleyball team achieved its second victory in the second match of the European Championship. Against Sweden, against whom coach Fabio Soli gave almost all of his players a chance and rested Tinet Urnaut, Rok Možič and Jani Kovačič, they defeated Sweden 3:0 (16, 21, 12) after an hour and 20 minutes. The Slovenians will look for another victory on Monday at 9 pm against Greece.
