SkinSight™ AI by ModuleMD: Smarter Skin Analysis, Faster Clinical Decisions

On Dec. 10, 2025, ModuleMD unveiled SkinSight AI from Grand Blanc, Mich., to automate allergy skin test measurement and documentation, claiming it standardizes grading without adding steps.
Allergy skin testing remains highly subjective and often depends on clinical staff who perform skin testing using manual measurement, while allergy practices face pressure as CPT 95004 reimbursement stays flat.
After the panel is placed, staff capture an image with existing devices and SkinSight analyzes it to detect positives, measure wheal and flare size, then auto-grades results into the EHR.
The tool saves clinician and staff time by automating grading in seconds without workflow changes, standardizes grading to reduce variability, and supports outcomes research with aggregated data.
ModuleMD says SkinSight is patent-pending, built on AI without new hardware, and will add longitudinal and trend analytics features for medication-response insights.
