The revised tentative agreement for the 2026 Wage and Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) reached by SK Hynix management and labor has been ratified in a labor union vote. SK Hynix management and labor have approved a revised agreement on wages and collective bargaining. The amendment, which raised the proportion of cash payments for performance bonuses to 50% and made the shareholding ratio more flexible, received 57.08% of the votes from union members, successfully concluding the negotiation process that had been rejected last month.
