You Can Now Claim Your Payout From Apple’s $250 Million Siri Settlement

On September 21st, 2026, Apple launched a website for a $250 million class action settlement addressing delays in delivering promised AI-upgraded Siri features for certain iPhone models.
The lawsuit alleged Apple misled consumers by advertising "dramatically enhanced Siri" features that were missing when the iPhone 16 launched in late 2024, despite promises of "clear and reasonable consumer expectation."
Purchasers of an iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, or any iPhone 16 model between June 10th, 2024, and March 29th, 2025, can file claims online through December 21st, 2026, if they reside in the United States.
While Apple denies wrongdoing, the company settled to avoid trial risks, with estimated payouts of $25 per device and a maximum of $95 depending on total claims.
The final approval hearing is scheduled for Feb 24, 2027, and payments are expected to begin at least 60 days after that date.
