'Shrinking' Season 3: When Does Apple TV's Hit Comedy Return?

On Tuesday, Apple TV, the streamer, renewed Shrinking for a fourth season, announcing the pickup one day before Season 3 premieres Wednesday, January 28.
Critics and audiences have praised Shrinking since its debut, and the show's first two seasons earned nine Emmy nominations including a best-comedy nod last year.
Season 3 contains 11 episodes released weekly on Wednesdays through April 8, with Jason Segel, Harrison Ford, the ensemble cast, and guest stars Jeff Daniels and Michael J. Fox returning.
The renewal confirms Shrinking will continue beyond an initial three-season plan, and Apple TV's pickup positions it to keep delivering Bill Lawrence comedies with Ted Lasso season 4 coming later this year and Bad Monkey in the works.
No premiere date has been set for Season 4, and a date will be announced later; Bill Lawrence, co-creator and executive producer, said he often pitches three-season stories but the series could continue.
