Teenager shot near Main Campus
A 14-year-old boy was shot on 17th near Oxford Street Thursday evening, a spokesperson for the Philadelphia Police Department told The Temple News. The victim was transported to St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children, the spokesperson said. PPD responded to the shooting at 5:45 p.m. The scene has since been cleared and is currently being held.
