Shocking incident in Timiș County. On Friday, on Gării Street in Giarmata, a helpless dog was brutally killed by a driver who allegedly intentionally ran over it with his car. The shocking moment was captured by surveillance cameras, and the driver was identified. The file was handed over to the Animal Police within the Timiș IPJ, "as it is a crime and a criminal file", notes the Giarmata Commune City Hall.
