An explosion rocked the home of musician Zdravko Čolić in Belgrade at around 5 a.m., allegedly caused by a thrown hand grenade, causing extensive material damage, Serbian news agency Tanjug reported. According to Serbian television UNA, Čolić said that everyone in Belgrade was fine, but that he was currently in Zagreb.
Colic stated that all members of his family are fine and that a police report is awaited, noting that he is currently out of the country.
The singer, his wife Sandra, and daughter Lara were in the house during the attack.
Belgrade residents, more precisely the residents of Dedinje, were woken up by a loud bang on the night from Monday to Tuesday. A bomb exploded in the neighborhood where one of the most famous Balkan singers, Zdravko Čolić, also has his luxury villa. And it was the famous musician who was attacked.
