Court asks govt to take steps to arrest all involved in violence

Shillong, Aug 20: High Court of Meghalaya has asked the state government to take ‘more intensive steps immediately to apprehend the perpetrators of the incidents of violence during the KSU-sponsored rally, and bring them to book. The division bench comprising Judges W. Diengdoh and H.S. Thangkhiew said a report of the steps taken should  be filed on August 24 ( Monday) when the matter will be taken up.
