Sheridan Commission Accepts Bid for Brokerage Services to Sell Building

The Sheridan County Commission is wanting to sell the building they own at 1981 Double Eagle Drive, and have looked into hiring a brokerage firm to do that for them. They discussed bids received for the services at their meeting this week. County Administrative Director Cameron Duff. Duff recommended the commission accept the bid from Century 21/BHJ Realty, Inc. of Sheridan, which the commission then accepted.
