The Ministry of Finance and Public Credit (SHCP), through the Financial Intelligence Unit (UIF), and Mexican Petroleum (Pemex), signed a Partnership Agreement to combat fuel smuggling and detect its financial structures.
Pemex will provide UIF with information to help identify and prevent illicitly sourced resources and related crimes
This agreement continues the work being carried out by the UIF and Pemex within the Inter-Agency Working Group against the Illicit Fuel Market
