ALLO Fiber Announces CEO Transition
Shane West brings more than 25 years of telecommunications experience as ALLO shifts founder Brad Moline to leased-network growth.
On May 4, 2026, ALLO Fiber announced Shane West as Chief Executive Officer, effective June 1, 2026, succeeding founder Brad Moline, who transitions to Founder and President- Leased Networks.
Moline built ALLO from the ground up over 23 years, establishing the company as a trusted provider for more than 50 communities across Nebraska, Colorado, Arizona, and Missouri.
Previously Chief Operating Officer at TDS Telecommunications, West managed $1 billion in revenue and operations serving over 1.9 million addresses. He brings more than 25 years of telecommunications experience.
Moline will focus on accelerating growth through leased-network initiatives, while West aims to expand the network and deepen presence in existing markets while raising the bar for customer experience.
ALLO Fiber's 100% fiber-optic network infrastructure positions it for sustained growth across its markets. West's leadership will drive expansion and service excellence as the company deepens its regional presence.
