The Provincial Court of Navarra has found it proven that he touched five women while they were working, from June 2023 to September 2024. The attacker will serve a maximum of 6 years and 9 months in prison, and the judge has imposed a fine of 39,000 euros and a restraining order of up to ten years.
The High Court condemns the accused for bringing five women to court during the course of his work
It all began in a casual conversation between three victims. All of them, with links in common with the accused because they belonged to the same religious community as his family and because they had come to him to receive massages for various ailments, began to relate episodes they had had in the consultation and coincided “how uncomfortable they had felt in the sessions”, the prison order recounted.
