Scott County Sheriff’s Deputy Todd Hooker began an investigation on Thursday, Jan. 15, on a report of theft of jewelry from a county resident. The victims reported multiple pieces of jewelry were missing from their rural Scott County home which was being remodeled, according to Sheriff Jerry Goodin. Gregory A.
