School board approves policy introductions

HURON –– In a brief meeting on Monday night, the Huron School Board approved the introduction 13 policies ahead of the beginning of the 2026-2027 school year. The policies ranged from wellness to service animals to student conduct to medication administration. Business manager Kelly Christopherson reported on the damage from the July 2 tornado and storm.
