In the early hours of Sept. 29, the Saugerties Police Department took 37-year-old Isaias G. Guerra of Saugerties, into custody following a reported incident. An investigation led to Guerra being charged with assault in the third degree, a misdemeanor. During the arrest process, Guerra allegedly became combative with law enforcement.
