Saudi Aramco's oil shipments to Europe and Asia for October presented a different picture. While shipments to customers in Asia continued, some European refineries were informed that they would not receive crude oil deliveries in October.
One in ten French gas stations is now out of both gasoline and diesel. This is a consequence of the damage to the Saudi pipeline. Saudi Aramco is suspending deliveries to European refineries.
