Sanders calls Special Session to address income tax cuts

Sarah Huckabee Sanders has called the Arkansas General Assembly into a special session set for Monday at 3 p.m. The governor is asking lawmakers to consider changes to the state’s individual income tax structure, including lowering the top rate to 3.7%.
